The physical body is a delicate and intricate balance of many systems impacted by environment and the souls overshadowing. The Ascension Library is a collection of energy programs gifted to Judy by Spirit to help people as part of an Ascension process. Judy can no longer look deeper into why your physical symptoms may have occurred for you as she is no longer doing this kind of work.
Judy is also not a doctor and cannot give healing advice; however any programs for the physical body within the Ascension Library that may support physical vitality and wellness may help. The best thing for you to do is to go through the library and feel into your own internal guidance when reading the synopsis for each of the programs or transmissions and allow Spirit to guide you into what is the best program or recording for you to complete at this time.

Judy recommends a very clean, alkaline and plant based diet. No preservatives, chemicals, toxins, man made foods. No sugar. No wheat. Lots of pure water, and restful sleep.
Meditation: Judy also advises to sit and acknowledge the pain. To sit for 11 mins in meditation daily where you go deep within your heart and allow yourself to sit in the stillness of being and being still. The first few times it would be good to ask in this stillness questions such as ... pain where do you come from? What has caused this? How would you like me to help? What needs to be released? This may bring some insight into the root cause, some event, emotion or energy. The answer received will give you insight into what transmissions to choose to clear the issue. Try and let go and let God show you what is best to be released now. Once you have the insights on what to clear continue with the meditation daily but continue to just sit in the stillness of being and just be. Stress causes cortisol to rise, cortisol causes inflammation which is the root cause of many disease conditions. So learning to truly relax and breathe will also help to reduce any stress levels.
If you have completed any of these programs previously that's okay but it may be a good idea to go back and increase the number of listens until you feel completely free of the energy or any energetic reaction.
