If you have missed a subscription payment due to unavailable funds in your account our system will automatically attempt payment again the following day. Our payment system 'Stripe' is set up to automatically retry failed payments a maximum of 4 times over the course of one week ... so if you top up your funds all should be well.
You can update your billing information and credit card details here: https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/settings/card. Please note that non-payment will result in your Ascension Library subscription being deactivated 7-days from the date the payment was initially due.
