If you are experiencing problems logging into the Ascension Library portal this is most likely due to an email, password or membership issue.
Possible Email Issue 1:
The first step is to try and sign in at https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/login using the email address used to purchase the program or product. If your 'email is not recognised’ you may have made an error in the email field at the point of purchase. Please click the "contact us" button and we will explore the issue further for you.
Reset Password:
If your email is recognized but your password (or what you think is your password) is not working we suggest you reset your password by following the instructions below ...

click on the Ascension Library login link: https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/login

click 'Forgot Your Password?'

enter your email address
-
click 'Send Me Instructions'

click the link within the email sent to you

enter your new password

click 'Change Your Password'
Possible Email Issue 2:
If your email is correct but you are not receiving the password email. This may be due to your email provider marking our email address as spam. If this happens please follow the instructions on how to change this here: https://ascensionlibrary.zendesk.com/hc/en-au/articles/360004459835-Email-issues- Once completed, please follow the process above to reset your password and gain entry to your Ascension Library Portal.
Possible Membership Issue:
You are logged in but the programs are 'missing' - this sounds like your subscription may have expired. Please click the "contact us" button and we will explore the issue further for you.
