If you have received a failed payment email; it's not too much of an issue unless your card has expired. Our payment system 'Stripe' is set up to automatically retry failed payments a maximum of 4 times over the course of one week ... if you top up your funds all should be well.
Please note: non-payment will result in your ascension library subscription being deactivated 7-days from the date the payment was initially due.

Update Payment Details: All card details can be self-managed from within Your Ascension Library Portal. Please follow the steps below ...

click (...) and choose 'Replace' or 'Remove'
