- Pick a recording you would like the Ascension Library to remember.
- Click the star button at the top of the page. The star will be in a yellow box.
Once selected it will turn blue.
Once the recording has been selected it can be accessed within the appropriate program by clicking the "Favorites" button.
For example this Aches Pains & Inflammation recording will only be visible in the Foundational Tools section by clicking on the "Favorites" button within Foundational Tools. It will not show in the favorite section of another program.
For instance the Aches Pains & Inflammation recording will not show up in the Karma Clear "Favorites" section.
