• Open the app - click "Get Started"
• Enter your Ascension Library membership: email address & password.
• You will now be directed to confirm your account via email. Be sure to confirm your email on your mobile device.
• Once your email is confirmed - click "Open Kajabi App"
• This will open your library allowing you to select the courses you wish to use on your app.

Frequently Asked Questions
What device can I use with the App?
- The iOS app requires iOS 12.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
- The Android App will run on Android version 5.0 and above.
App keeps freezing and crashing?
If you are experiencing issues with the App freezing and crashing you may need to update the app to the latest version or force close the app and restart.
Instructions for iOS Devices
First, go to the Apple Store and check that your app is up to date. If you haven't updated recently, your app may become buggy and unstable.

If your Mobile App is updated to the latest version and continues to remain unresponsive the app may be stuck or overloaded. Force close the app to reset and clear its memory.

If the App continues to crash after updating or force closing please check the following settings within your device.
- Go to your device settings and remove the lock screen option.
- Check your battery is full and not in Low Battery mode as this will stop the recording and affect the listening quality.
Instructions for Android Devices
First, check that your app is up to date with the latest version in the Google Play app.
- Open the Google Play app.
- Click the three horizontal lines at the top of your screen.
- Then, select My apps & games.
- Next, choose to Update all, or go through each app and update only the ones you want.
